Return & Exchange Policy
Hempfield Botanicals wants you to be satisfied with the products you purchase. We realize you may change your mind and want to return or exchange some purchases.
New Products
We will gladly accept any new, unopened products that are returned within 7 days from the date of purchase. The product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned items. We do not accept CODs.
Non-Returnable Products
We do not accept returns on opened or used products.
Defective / Damaged Products
In the case of defective or damaged products, we will gladly exchange it for the same product if reported within 7 days from the purchase date.
If a product within the shipment is damaged, we require photos of the shipment’s damaged packaging as well as photos of the damaged product itself. Without these photos, we are unable to process a claim and provide a replacement product.
In order to process a replacement for damaged or defective product(s), please return the merchandise to Hempfield Botanicals with a Return Authorization Number.
How to Return a Product
All returns of unopened products must have a pre-approval. Returns without approval will be refused. Please follow these steps to ensure a prompt replacement, refund or credit.
- Please call or email info@HempfieldBotanicals.com for information on our return process.
- All return packages must include your name, address, order number and reason for return.
- Use a strong carton and return package via UPS or FedEx. Be sure to pack your product carefully.

- Keep a record of shipment/tracking information until you have received credit or replacement merchandise.
- Refunds will not be processed until the product is returned, inspected and approved.
- Once the refund is approved, please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to apply to your credit card account.
Ordering & Shipping
Please allow up to 3 full business days for your order to be processed, picked, packed and shipped.
All orders are shipped via UPS. Local pick-up option is available.
Requests for partial shipments are not accepted.
Rushed Processing and expedited shipping are available upon request.
If Rushed Processing is requested, an associate will evaluate the request and contact you to confirm approval. A charge of $25.00 will be assessed for an approved Rushed Processing order.
Expedited shipping and local delivery is available. Expedited shipping rates vary. If expedited shipping or delivery (for approved accounts) is required, please contact customer service at (717) 874-8480 for expedite shipping and delivery fees.
Orders received received after 12:00 pm EST on Friday, along with orders received on Saturday and Sunday, will be processed on the following Monday and shipped by the following Wednesday. Orders will not be processed on observed holidays including New Years Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Terms & Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
You undertake that, having placed an order for products, you have ensured that all the information provided to Hempfield Botanicals in conjunction with your order is accurate and correct. You further undertake that you are the person or entity identified as the intended recipient of the product or products being ordered, or that you are acting on behalf of the person or entity so identified with the full authority of the person or entity to enter into the transaction which constitutes your order.
SCENT, COLOR, VISCOSITY & TEXTURE
You understand and agree that Hempfield Botanicals will not replace, return or refund your product if it is not the exact viscosity or texture that you expected. While photos can give you a general idea of what a product will be like sometimes there can be slight differences. Other issues that do not warrant a replacement, return or refund are color or scent variations. You agree, understand and accept that ingredients do vary from lot to lot and thus a finished product can have slight variations including, but not limited to color, scent, scent strength, viscosity and texture. You also understand and agree to accept that product changes can occur over a period of time, and that changes in color, scent, viscosity and texture are not necessarily immediate.
SEASONAL TEMPERATURE CHANGES
You understand and accept, in the case of natural and naturally based skin care products, that during seasonal temperature changes, products can become thinner or thicker, or may separate. You agree that the results of this type of situation are out of Hempfield Botanicals control, and therefore may not be replaced, returned or refunded. As well, you are advised to consider alternate shipping methods, such as express shipping, heated transport shipping, or refrigerated transport shipping, during times of extreme seasonal conditions. You are also reminded that extreme seasonal conditions may vary from one location to another. Therefore, you should consider all seasonal conditions throughout the shipping path that your order will take.
CLINICAL TESTING & PRODUCT CLAIMS
You understand and accept that products manufactured by Hempfield Botanicals have NOT been clinically tested. In addition, Hempfield Botanicals makes NO CLAIMS, expressed or implied that any product should be used for the purpose of diagnosing, treating, healing or curing any medical condition or disease. In addition, Hempfield Botanicals makes no claims, expressed or implied regarding ANY product being “tear-free” or as providing “sunscreen protection.” You have been made aware that Hempfield Botanicals does not perform, and is not capable of performing ANY clinical tests or studies at its facility.
WARNINGS/CAUTIONS
All products sold on this site are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs rinse well with water. Discontinue if rash, redness, or itching occur. Discontinue if irritation occurs. Consult your physician if irritation persists. Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue if irritation occurs. Once opened, best used within 6 months. Store away from light and heat.
USER AGREEMENT
Customers should purchase products from Hempfield Botanicals with the clear understanding that all products must be used at the customer’s own discretion and only after referencing product ingredients, directions for use and warnings. Hempfield Botanicals shall not be held responsible for any damages to property or for any adverse physical effects (including injury or bodily harm) caused by insufficient knowledge or the improper use of a product. The user of the product is solely responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations applying to the use of the products.

Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice.
