DIRECTIONS: Pour 8 oz of boiling water (212° F) over 1 tsp. of tea. Steep 4-5 minutes. Optional: Add 2 oz. of hot plant-based milk and sweeten with agave nectar or sugar to taste.

SERVING SIZE: 1 tea bag (3 g) makes 8-12 fl oz. of tea.
